My next project is an Hybrid guitar amplifier: Triode preamp + Class D 25W amplifier.

The preamp section can be populated with a Korg Nutube 6P1 triode
It includes headphones, line out and 8 Ω speaker with 25W output.
Everyting is packed on a compact 1590J enclosure:
I'm really interested in your design here especially with a Nutube. Would you be using the pre-made Nutube carrier PCB, or just doing the whole thing with one board, no daughterboard?
ReplyDeleteI added no daughterboard, I may add a socket though the pins are maybe too wide. The NuTube will sit over two rubber bumpers placed below it, hopefully that is enough, will see.
